College student dating high school student
After falling head over heels for my 22 year old English teacher at the end of my sophomore year in high school, the idea that he might like me back seemed crazy.Going back into his class my junior year, he was much more flirtatious and let me get away with literally anything.which in the end made things a lot better because I never had to worry about if he was going to text me or not, or if kissing him was wrong! There were beautiful clear skies and the sun was bright and warm. After receiving my diploma, my teacher approached me and we took several pictures together, he also met my parents (again) as 'that teacher' which my parents had a lot of respect for. While we were laying on sandy towels looking at a stereotypical sunset, he turned to me."You know, I don't think it'd be right of me to let you get away," I started laughing and joking about what he was saying like I usually do, but this time he was serious, "let me finish," he said with a chuckle. "I know you want me to go off and live my life," I started, smiled a little as I thought of what I was about to admit to, "but since sophomore year I have been trying to find guys both my age and older that would help me forget about my super crush on you.
We made it to the restaurant and we had a perfect meal, which he paid for, and talked about ourselves and our experiences-- places we could see ourselves in a few years, things we wish we did and things we still want to do. We never kissed, or even got each other's cellphone number...I wasn't set out to make the man lose his job, so I dated and floated around trying to find a boy my age that was as perfect as my teacher, but I always came back to the same answer: I really wanted my teacher. My senior year, I made sure I still had his class and we continued our daily hangout's after school. He shook the nozzle off and put it back in it's original position, and when I was least expecting it-- just walked up and kissed my cheek very lightly.I felt my face get hot and I smiled as he took my phone and [finally] put in his contact.
